DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

This defect relates to the defect 322376. 
 
In 322376, I will implement a fix to block a certain operation 
and report SQL0270N. We need a new reason code for this. 
 
The text for this new reason code should be 
 
"DELETE or UPDATE to a replicated materialized query table that 
includes FETCH FIRST n ROWS ONLY clause or any non-deterministic 
operation, which may result in a random set of rows are deleted 
or updated,  is not supported." 
 
This fix will be forwarded to db2_v97 too. It would be good to 
have the same reason code across releases.
