DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

When an external UDF is used as an input to a PSM routine 
(either procedure or UDF), the input is lost.  The following is 
a repro for the error: 
 
CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE P(IN arg1 VARCHAR(128), OUT arg2 
VARCHAR(128)) SET arg2 = arg1; 
CALL P('Hello', ?); 
=> 'Hello' 
CALL P(MON_GET_APPLICATION_ID(), ?); 
=> NULL! 
VALUES MON_GET_APPLICATION_ID();
