**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: * * WLM users * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: * * User may observe that an agent temporarily gets mapped to a * * wrong service subclass when it fetches from a cancelled * * cursor within a CALL activity. Metrics and statistics for * * the cursor or the CALL activity may get collected on the * * wrong service subclass. When an agent fetches from a * * cancelled cursor within a CALL activity, the agent should * * map to the CALL activity's service subclass. A bug in the * * code maps the agent to the service class assigned by the * * application's workload.
