DB2TRC TO FILE CREATE FILE OF 0 LENGTH FOR 32-BIT DB2 CLIENT RUNNING ON WIN
64-BIT

Problem description:
When 32-bit client is running on 64-bit Windows machine the 
command db2trc on -f t.dmp creates file t.dmp with 0 length - 
db2 trace data are not written to the file.
Problem Summary:
Users affected:  All who runs DB2 32-bin on Win 64-bit OS 
Problem summary: Db2trc utility with option -f create files of 0 
lenght
Local Fix:
Trace to memory and then dump it to the file, for example: 
 
db2trc on -l 32M 
reproduce the problem 
db2trc dump t.dmp 
db2trc off 
 
flw and fmt the t.dmp file
