DB2TRC TO FILE CREATE FILE OF 0 LENGTH FOR 32-BIT DB2 CLIENT RUNNING ON WIN 64-BIT |

| Problem description: |
When 32-bit client is running on 64-bit Windows machine the
command db2trc on -f t.dmp creates file t.dmp with 0 length -
db2 trace data are not written to the file. |
