Problem IC76187 Status: Closed

INCORRECT VALUE FOR LOG READ / WRITE TIME IN DATABASE SNAPSHOT OUTPUT

product:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problem description:
get snapshot for database" command output, shows an incorrect v
alue of ananosecond time in LOG READ / WRITE TIME.
                                                               F
or example,
                                                               L
og write time (sec.ns) = 8909.000000004
                                                               L
og read time (sec.ns) = 0.000000004

                                                               W
hereas, the correct figures should be:
                                                               L
og write time (sec.ns) = 8909.935398642
                                                               L
og read time (sec.ns) = 0.021744433

                                                               T
he '000000004' after the decimal is dumped everytime.
                                                               T
he command line processor code is not parsing the log read and w
rite time from the self describing data stream correctly. This m
eans that we are trying to read the nanoseconds from the wrong o
ffset in the snapshot buffer.
