WRONG WARNING GENERATED WHEN THERE IS AN ALIAS WITH SAME DETAILS IN DB2CLI.INI AND DB2DSDRIVER.CFG |

| Problem description: |
In the scenario below, we have a case where an alias is in the
cli.ini file, as well as the dsdriver.cfg file with same
details. The validate catches this file, however at the end it
prints this statement:
db2cli.ini Validation :
