DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC79384 Status: Closed

EINVAL RETURNED IN SQLOOPENP() WHEN OPENING LOG FILES.

Problem description:
Users may see some DEBUG LOGIC errors in the db2diag.log. It may 
revolve around the archival of a log and then less than a second 
later another process is trying to open or read the log file.
