EF MODEL CREATION IS BROKEN AGAINST LUW DATABASES BELOW VERSION 9.7 |

When trying to create a simplest model going against LUW V9.5 or
below database the model creation will fail with error:
ERROR 42846 IBMDB2/AIX64 SQL0461N A value with data type
"SYSIBM.SMALLINT" cannot be CAST to type "SYSIBM.VARCHAR". |

| Solution |
The fix is available in DB2 for LUW 9.7 FP6 release. With the
fix, an EF model can be successfully created when connecting to
DB2 for LUW database server version 9.5 or below. |
