DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC86272 Status: Closed

A ROWTYPE WITH MORE THAN 84 COLUMNS FOLLOWED BY A ROW TYPE WITH LESS THAN
84 COLUMNS CAUSES COMMUNICATION ERRORS.

product:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problem description:
If a stored procedure has a parameter of row type with more than 
84 columns, the JCC application fails with error: 
 
com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.DisconnectRecoverableException: 
[jcc][t4][2034][11148][3.63.75] Execution failed due to a 
distribution protocol error that caused deallocation of the 
conversation. 
Detect DRDA data flow syntax error. Reason: 0x12. 
ERRORCODE=-4499, SQLSTATE=58009 
 
Both JCC and DB2 server side fix should be applied. 
 
APAR IC80464 open for JCC driver.
