DB2 - Problem description

DB2RBIND COMMAND WITH OPTION ALL RETURNS SQL0551N, AFTER RUNNING DB2UPDV97.

Problem description:
After updating database to the new installed fix pack with the 
db2updv97 utility, if the user attempts to run db2rbind with 
option 'all', one package may fail to rebind with sqlcode 
SQL0551N. The error will be logged in the db2rbind log file as 
 
Package 'SYSIBMADM.P6180218' of database 'DBTEST' did not 
succeed to rebind. UniqueID = 32413261474F4763
