DB2 - Problem description

DB2_DEINSTALL IS NOT REMOVING 'V' ENTRIES WITH DB2SYSTEM AND
DB2FCMCOMM FROM GLOBAL REGISTRY

Problem description:
db2_deinstall is not removing 'V' entries with 
DB2SYSTEM and DB2FCMCOMM from global registry 
 
Reproduction Steps: 
1. Install DB2 ESE binaries using db2_install at PATH1 
2. Now <PAPTH1>bin/db2greg -dump will have entries with S and V 
record. 
3. Now try to deinstall and ideally it should remove all entries 
which are added to global registry, but it is not removing V 
records with DB2SYSTEM and DB2FCMCOMM from global registry as 
shown below

Local Fix:
Remove the 'V' entries from the global registry manually using 
the db2greg -delinstrec command
