ON WINDOWS IF DB2DSDRIVER_CFG_PATH IS SET TO A UNC (UNIVERSAL NAMING CONVENTION) PATH, CLI IS UNABLE TO IDENTIFY IT CORRECTLY. |

| Problem description: |
If the DB2DSDRIVER_CFG_PATH registry variable is set to a UNC
(Universal Naming Convention) path, CLI failed to Identify.
the value used for it incorrectly consists of the UNC path
concatenated with the default location of the IBM data server
driver configuration file hence 'db2cli validate' tool is
failing with validating db2dsdriver.cfg |
