TABLESPACE STATE NOT SET TO 0X100 WHEN THE LOAD COPY TO TSM IS NOT ACCESSIBLE ON AUXILIARY HADR STANDBY |

| Problem description: |
When LOAD... COPY YES USE TSM and TSM is not available to
the auxiliary HADR standby server, the tablespace state is not
correctly set to 0x100 "Restore pending". This happens only on
the auxiliary HADR standby, principal HADR standby reacts as it
should. |
