ERROR 246 ISAM 113 POSSIBLE ON QUERY WITH LOCK MODE SET TO WAIT AND ISOLATION LEVEL COMMITTED READ LAST COMMITTED |

| Problem description: |
Under certain timing conditions, it's possible for a query using
committed read last committed and having lock mode set to wait
to return a 246/113 error when it encounters an exclusive table
level lock. If using just committed read isolation, the query
would correctly wait for the table lock. |
