Problem description:
.Net application may throw error 'SQL0461N A value with data 
type "SYSIBM.VARCHAR" cannot be CAST to type "SYSIBM.BOOLEAN"', 
when using IBM DB2 .Net Entity Provider against DB2 LUW Server.
