DB2 - Problem description

DB2 crash when index is modified during concurrent table updates/inserts on
zLinux

Problem description:
Due to a timing issue, DB2 may crash in addkeyToLeaf when an 
index is being modified by multiple updates or inserts.  This 
problem only appears on systems running zLinux.
