SQL0302N - DB2CI CLOB/BLOB PROCESSING FOR COLUMNS GREATER 1 MB

| Problem description: |
When using OCI functions OCILobGetLength and OCILobRead to read
data from Db2 database only lob objects which are less or equal
to 1 MByte are processed. If the objects are larger it returns
error:
SQL0302N The value of a host variable in the EXECUTE or OPEN
statement is out of range for its corresponding use.
