IN SOME CASES, WLM THRESHOLDS FOR TEMP SPACES IS CALCULATING INCORRECTLY

| Problem description: |
The hash join temp space used is not returned when the temp
space is freed during execution of a query to WLM. This causes
WLM to over calculate how much temp space is being used. In
traces, it can be observed that the hashjoin temp space is not
cleaned up. |
