FODC_ForceDBShutdown occurs after an INSERT statement is interrupted and attempts to roll back.

| Problem description: |
An insert that is interrupted before finishing will undergo
rollback, and under certain conditions a FODC_Trap can occur,
causing a FODC_ForceDBShutdown. The most common cause of this is
if we run out of memory during the insert.
If such a scenario occurs, you can confirm it is this problem by
looking for the following lines in the trap.txt file inside the
FODC_Trap folder:
