Inconsistent Mutex disposal behavior and bug in MS FCL while
performing GC
The issue will be fixed and we are adding defensive code to
avoid such exception being thrown to the application in heavy
concurrency scenarios.
The actual root fix would come from MS and we've requested that
to be included in .NET FW as well as .NET Core runtimes. |
