901/TRAP WHEN DB2 QUERY HAS GROUP BY AND OJ WITH UNION

| Problem description: |
Db2 query may generate 901/trap when the following conditions
are met:
- there is an Outer Join
- a UNION is referenced in the Null Producing side of Outer Join
- there is a Group By above UNION
- the Tuple Preserving side of Outer Join is smaller than Null
