DB2PD -DBPTNMEM CAN CRASH IF USING USING MEMBER NUMBERS GREATER THAN 9

Problem description:
When specifying members for the -dbptnmem option, if a range is
specified between nodes numbers that are greater than 9, db2pd
will crash and memory diagnostic files will be dumped in the
db2dump directory.

An example command that would crash is db2pd -dbptnmem -member
