Db_migrate use of External table hangs with ORDER BY
Background:
Running 10 Sorts in parallel. The sorts are simple statements
like:
insert into select * from order by ;
This exercise is the 2nd stage of copying their data from one
IIAS appliance to another. The first stage being copying the
data and 2nd being sorting to create a good synopsis table for
query performance.
This case tracks 2 issues hit with the "sorting stage":
1) Slow sorts
2) Hung sort ( only 1 sort hung ) |
