WHEN THE DBNAME DOES NOT MATCH THE DBALIAS HADR FAILS TO START ON THE PRIMARY

| Problem description: |
When the dbname does not match the dbalias HADR fails to start
on
the primary. For example, if the dbname is PROD but the dbalias
is PRODTEST hadr can fail to start and produce this error:
db2 start hadr on db prodtest as primary
SQL1768N Unable to start HADR. Reason code = "7". |
