SQL0901N WHEN DB2 QUERY HAS CDE TABLE AND JOIN PREDICATE HAS TYPE MISMATCH

| Problem description: |
SQL0901N error may be generated when the following conditions
are met:
1. There is at least one CDE table in the query
2. A CDE table is joining with a non-CDE table and can be
processed in CDE
3. The join from trait #2 contains equality predicate(s) where
datatype/length of either side does not match
FODC_AppErr shows this:
AssertionFailedException: An assertion
