DB2 - Problem description
Problem IT36862 | Status: Closed |
POSSIBLE 15 SECOND DELAY IN SQLEPEEKREQUEST
product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B50 - DB2
Problem description: | |
When a Db2 tcp/ip listener process receives a new connection request, it will peek into the initial connect data that was assumed to have been sent. If no such data was actually sent or if there was a delay in sending that data the peek will wait up to 15 seconds before continuing. If this happens it is possible for a backlog of Db2 connection requests to occur. The call stack for this peek request is as follows: sqlePeekRequest sqeAgentServices::RequestAgent sqlcctcpconnmgr_child
