PURESCALE DELETE ROWS PERFORMANCE REGRESSION ON RDMA NETWORKS

| Problem description: |
A breathing point was introduced for Db2 pureScale between some
RDMA calls to reduce high CPU usage seen in specific busy
workload scenarios. This was later found to introduce a
performance regression in bulk delete scenarios and has been
removed.
Applicable to the following release: db2_v115m5fp0 and
db2_v115m5fp1. |
