DB2EXFMT TRAPS WHILE PROCESSING A QUERY CONTAINING HEXADECIMAL VALUES

| Problem description: |
Special characters like ( and ) contained in the IN list of the
optimized statement messed up the balanced brackets of the sql
statement. This has affected how brackets are used for the stack
and resulted in stack overflow. |
