REDO OF FREEEXTS LOG RECORD CAN CORRUPT HWM OF TALBESPACE

| Problem description: |
The problem can occur with redo of FreeExts where HWM can be set
less than used page of tablespace which later encounters a
failure
of extent movement.
Following db2diag.log message indicates the problem has
occurred:
