When updating dsdriver from 11.5.5.1 to 11.5.6.0 using the
installDSDriver -upgrade flag, the command fails.
The Db2 release compare flag value 0
The existing ds driver is of version 11.5 Fix Pack 1.
The installable ds driver is of version 11.5 Fix Pack 0.
Error: The ds driver upgrade is not possible
