DB2 - Problem description

NNSTAT MIGHT FAIL TO UPDATE NUMERIC COLUMN STATS WITH SQL1227N RC=3 IF
VACHAR2 COMPATIVILITY IS ENABLED.

Problem description:
The nnstat procedure (method 1) might return SQL20274W against
some nicknames, and nnstat.log shows SQL1227N rc=3 HIGH2KEY to
update column statistics.
This problem can happen in case all the following conditions are
met:

- Varchar2 compatibility is enabled in both source and federated
databases.
- Numeric column has less cardinality than 4
