DB2 - Problem description

IN CERTAIN SITUATIONS, A SMALL MEMORY LEAK WILL BE OBSERVED IN
SQLE_APPLICATION.C ON A DPF INSTANCE

Problem description:
In certain situations, a small memory leak from the bsu heap may
be observed in sqle_application.C on a DPF instance of Db2. This
memory leak will occur on both the coordinator node and
non-coordinator nodes

The issue can be observed by inspecting the output of db2pd
-memblocks, and looking for 1 block entries from lines 3448 and
3459:
