After moving to 11.5.5 you might see lot of such messages in the
db2diag.log

Additional diagnostics were added to troubleshoot minbuff
issues,
particularly around minbuff holding up extraction due to latch
contention or fixed page during flush. However, this is being
dumped too frequently in the db2diag.log.
This APAR minimize the frequency of these entries
