OPTIMIZER MISS THE CHECK FOR THE MINIMUM ROW WIDTH MAY LEAD TO MEMORY OVERWRITES OR WRONG RESULTS

Optimizer adds a check for the minimum row width to avoid
possible memory overwrites or wrong results.
If row size reaches the length limits, -1585 error should be
returned instead of -680 error.. |
