USING BOOLEAN VARIABLE IN SPL CODE MIGHT LEAD TO 2 THREADS TRYING TO ALLOCATE FROM THE SAME HEAP

| Problem description: |
It appears that when looking up the boolean type in the server
spl code, the server could possibly have 2 (or more) threads
trying to allocate from the same SQL heap. This could lead to
unexpected behavior due to lack of synchronization (like
possibly circular heaps). |
