SMARTTRIGGER: PUSH DATA STOPPED WHEN A CERTAIN TRANSACTION SET HAPPENED

Testenvironment contains a Java based client investigating the
data from the pushdata.
On the producer side we have several tables where we want to
catch the changes from.
When in this scenario a certain transaction mix happened , the
client cannot get any
data from the push, the pending event conditions growth.
