ONPLOAD LOADING EMPTY FILE NOW RUNNING ONTO FAILPOINT 14112, STILL CONTINUING LOAD AND RETURNING SUCCESS

| Problem description: |
Having an empty file among files being loaded into a table, now
would cause following reported for such file:
Error occured at HPL failpoint: 14112
Cannot locate delimiter in data file
As there was nothing to load, no real problem arises from this,
only the failpoint is issued.
This used to work without problem up to 12.10.xC8. |
