ON WINDOWS, IDS 12.10.FC13 SERVER DOES NOT REPORT FUNCTION SYMBOL NAMES IN STACK TRACES

This problem was reported on Windows 2012 R2 running IDS
12.10.FC13WE.
Stack traces that are reported for exceptions in assertion
failure files and stack traces that
are reported via the command, onmode -X s do not contain
symbol names for the
functions.
An example from an assertion failure for an exception:
