INFORMIXHQ- NOT ABLE TO DISPLAY AND DELETE MORE THAN 50 ROWS FROM INCIDENT TAB, ALSO WRONG INCIDENTS COUNT ON SERVER CARD.

| Problem description: |
When click on incidents tab and display Alerting Incidents it is
displaying only 50 records even there is 100 rows and all rows
options . This two options are not working. It is not
displaying All records even there are more than 50 records and
we select 100 rows or All rows.
There is same issue while the deleting the Alerting Incidents
as it is displaying 50 records ,at a time able to delete only 50
records. As customer having more incidents alert messages he
need to click multiple time to delete it . eg now customer
having 40k messages and he need to click 800 times to delete
this records and this messages increasing every days. Customer
is using special build InformixHQ 1.2.0.2 . |
