CRASH IN FOLDVIEWS() ... VIEWINFO() WITH UNION VIEW JOINED TO TABLE EXPRESSION

| Problem description: |
A query joining a UNION view to a table expression would fail
with an exception in the optimizer.
It either would return error 874 (general optimizer exception,
indicating exception got handled)
or errors 959/172, indicating the session crashed but could be
suspended
or even "25582: Network connection is broken" if the whole
server crashed.
The assertion stack would contain the following up to the signal
frame:

process_view_colltbl_expr
processview
foldviews
