Informix - Problem description
Problem IT35321 | Status: Closed |
INCOMING REDIRECT CM SLA PAM CONNECTIONS REQUIRE SERVER SIDE SQLHOSTS PAM SETTINGS IN CM SQLHOSTS TO MAKE A CONNECTION.
product: | |
INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10
Problem description: | |
If CM does not know the server side PAM connections a redirect SLA connection will fail with "SLA cannot find database server for SQLI client" In a normal client to server connection when the server is using pam the client does not need to denote the server pam settings in the sqlhosts to make a connection. However when using CM, it appears that CM needs this information to confirm the redirect connection is also using pam.
