ONCONFIG PARAMETERS (WHICH DOES NOT REQUIRE SERVER REBOOT) NOT ABLE TO CHANGE VIA IHQ

| Problem description: |
parameter which are not affecting the server (and therefore
don't need a server restart)
it should be possible to change them via IHQ
for example:-
BAR_ENCRYPTION and BAR_DECRYPTION parameter takes effect when
ON-Bar or ontape starts
and it is not possible to change via onmode -wm/wf command.
and also the changed parameter is not visible in HQ nor we can
modify this via HQ |
