EXCEPTION DURING QUERY OF SYSSQLSTAT TABLE MAY LEAD TO SESSION HANG

| Problem description: |
If an exception is raised during the processing of a query
relating to the sysmaster table syssqlstat the clean up
operation may result in a further exception resulting in a loop
of the sqlexec thread. At the same time other threads may become
blocked waiting on the session mutex.
As the problem thread is in a running state the stack obtained
via onstat may be unreliable. Use the onmode -X stack command or
an OS command such as pstack to obtain a stack:
