DB2 - Problembeschreibung

Problem IC62491 Status: Geschlossen

"YOU DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO INSTALL...LOG ON AS A USER WITH
ADMINISTRATOR AUTHORITY AND TRY AGAIN" WHEN UPGRADING

Produkt:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problembeschreibung:
On Windows Vista or Windows 2008, you might see
this message when you try to upgrade DB2 even when
you are logged in as an administrator user:

"You do not have the authority to install [DB2 product name].
Log on as a user with administrator authority and try again."

On Windows Vista or Windows 2008, even if you are logged in
as an administrator user you cannot upgrade a
DB2 product that was installed as another user.
If you are not logged in as the user who installed the product
then after you select the DB2 copy in the DB2 Copy Picker
wizard, it will appear as "Unavailable" and the above message
appears.

This APAR is to replace that message with something more
informative.
