If ABP task processor encounters a resource capaticy error (such
as buffer pool full), it will end in error and users will see
the following message in db2diag.log:

| Problem-Zusammenfassung: |
The ABP task processor was implemented to end in error if it
encounters a resource capacity error. By nature ABP is a
low-priority background running process (tasked with cleaning up
pseudo-deleted index data), so resource errors should not cause
it to end. Instead, it should suspend itself and retry later. |
