Optimizer is not always detecting that there isn't a temporary
tablespace of sufficient size when running with INTRA_PARALLEL
ON.
This problem was first found by an error in db2diag.log reported
by sort.

the root cause is not related to sort, but optimizer not
detecting there isn't a temp tablespace with sufficient
