Performance degradation for MERGE statement when all of the
following conditions are satisfied:
- DPF environment
- a *replicated* immediate MQT has been created on the target
table of the MERGE statement.
- the MERGE statement has two or more WHEN clauses
- the first WHEN clause uses an INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE operation
- the nth WHEN clause (where n >=2) uses an UPDATE or a DELETE
operation. |
