ON,
Call to UTL_DIR.CREATE_DIRECTORY or
UTL_DIR.CREATE_OR_REPLACE_DIRECTORY with an alias set to spaces
only will succeed:
UTL_DIR.CREATE_DIRECTORY( ' ', '/home/directory' )
