DB2 - Problembeschreibung

Problem IC64654 Status: Geschlossen

DROP DATABASE PROCESSING INSTALLS SIGCHILD SIGNAL HANDLER, WHICH MAY LEAD
TO DEFUNCT PROCESSES

Produkt:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problembeschreibung:
Drop database processing on AIX will invoke slibclean from
within the server code. When doing so, a sigchild signal handler
is installed. In the Threaded db2 server ( v9.5 and above ),
this is not allowed as it can lead to defunct processes being
created.
