A performance degradation in post processing during section 
execution might be noticed after migrating to V9.5 on a very 
active system. An unneeded synchronization point occurs in 
SMP or DPF mode or when a WLM time threshold is set.

Local-Fix:
If INTRA_PARALLEL is set to YES then setting it to NO would 
avoid the codepath involved.
